CRX BURN STRATEGY

Long-Term Supply Reduction Objective

CoreXCenter intends to establish a long-term CRX supply-reduction strategy.

The strategic objective is:

• Target Burn Volume: Up to 50% of the maximum CRX supply (up to 500,000,000 CRX) may ultimately be permanently burned.

This means that, if the strategy is fully implemented and all relevant conditions are satisfied, up to 500,000,000 CRX could be permanently removed from supply.

The 50% figure represents a long-term strategic objective, not a guaranteed burn amount or predetermined calendar.
