On-chain Proposal Mechanism
CORX employs a fully on-chain proposal system to ensure transparency, auditability, and neutrality. Any eligible participant can submit proposals, and once quorum and majority thresholds are met, proposals are executed directly via smart contract.
Core features:
Proposal Submission: Stakeholders can draft and submit initiatives (e.g., funding, protocol changes).
Voting Window: Fixed duration for voting, with clear start/end timeframes.
Execution by Code: Approved proposals are automatically enacted on-chain β without third-party intervention.
Public Audit Trail: All governance activity is publicly visible and verifiable.
This structure ensures that CORX remains community-owned, community-governed, and resistant to centralized control.
